Back for a second year, the inaugural FIELDWORKS was launched November 2024. Designed to share the wider world of contemporary dance with our South Bend community, we bring in artists from the Midwest region and beyond to perform live dance, present dance films, and offer masterclasses. More importantly, hosting a dance festival in South Bend makes our city a destination for national artists and art lovers alike. We hope you join in the experience and attend one or more of the events!

Friday, April 10:
6:30 PM: Dance Film Screening @ Browning Cinema (DeBartolo Performing Arts Center)
Saturday, April 11:
9 AM - 4 PM: Masterclasses @ Robinson Community Learning Center
Expect classes in ballet, classical modern, African/Afro-Contemporary, Improvisational Scene-Building / Partnering, Floorwork, Yoga, and more.
7:00 PM: Live Dance Works @ Philbin Black Box Theatre (DeBartolo Performing Arts Center)
Sunday, April 12:
9 AM - Noon: Masterclasses @ Southold Dance Theater
